How to Make Reservations at the Blue Bayou Restaurant


One of the most popular restaurants in the Anaheim, California area is the Blue Bayou Restaurant located in Disneyland. The Blue Bayou boasts of its Louisiana-Creole cooking style and offers an array of delicious dishes! This popular restaurant offers both a lunch and dinner menu. 1. According to the Disneyland official website, they recommend priority seating. This can be done in person at Blue Bayou or it can be done ahead of time by calling Disney Dining at: (714) 781-DINE, (714) 781-3463 or by dialing *86 from any Disneyland resort payphone.

2. If you already know that Blue Bayou is on your list of places to dine at, calling and making that reservation two to three weeks before your arrival is recommended. However, you can call sixty says ahead at the most to ensure you have a reservation.

3. Since the Blue Bayou often is full of patrons who made prior reservations, sometimes there is that chance of a cancellation. Call the morning of and see if there are any openings and book your reservation.

4. One may simply go to the restaurant and wait for an open table. But be prepared to wait at least an hour. At times when the restaurant is over booked, no walk up reservations will be accepted.

5. Once you check in for your Priority Seating time, ask for a table by the water! You will not mind waiting a few more minutes for that type of ambiance.

6. Dining at this restaurant and making reservation during the off-peak season from the months of January through May can be done quite easily than compared to the summer months when it is the busiest time for Disneyland.

This is one of the two last sit-down dining experiences in Disneyland.
